As a wedding planner, getting couples down the aisle is all part of the work week for Spring James. But when it comes to her own love life--marriage is the last thing on her mind. Until her one-night stand arrives in her hometown unannounced. Tall, dark and handsome is only a start. Nothing but lean, taut muscle, he's ruggedly charismatic and good with kids, besides. Prompting her to reconsider her no marriage rule.

For the past month, Spanish cowboy Rafael Quintero, has been haunted by what happened between them in Miami while there on business. He's spent the time since on his ranch in Argentina, with a crushed ego and his male pride keeping him from going after her. Now a twist of fate has brought them back together and all bets are off.

Set in the small town of Bernie, Ohio, Rafael and Spring's romantic-steamy love story will capture your heart as they discover the secret to falling in love.

Excerpt:

Enthralled, the ladies watched with keen interest through the shadowy night to the parking lot, their eager expressions illuminated by the table’s candle light, while the man locked his vehicle and started for the country club entrance. Unaware of his audience, he ran a careless hand through his dark brown hair that appeared in need of a trim.

A collection of sighs arose from the assembly of women.

Covered in unshaven scruff, his sculptured face was lean and defined, and he carried an air of rugged strength about him. The ladies also took in the fact he was outfitted in a simple brown shirt, along with dark jeans that rode low on his lean hips.

Another audible sigh of wanton longing was released from the cluster of women—Spring James included.

“Yowza! He’s kinda old for me—but still hot, all the same,” Tiffany Cunningham announced, the twenty-one year old waitress weighing-in her opinion, as she placed another round of drinks on the table.

“I’ll second that,” Abby offered.

“I’m sweating. Actually sweating,” Erika admitted, fanning herself with a menu.

Wordlessly, Spring looked on in horror as the man finally moved under a lamp post.

Oh, god!

I think it’s him.

He’s supposed to be in Miami.

Doing whatever one-night stands do.

Not showing up in hometowns unannounced.
